- Michelle Snow

silversteinOrlando’s best indie music store, Park Ave CDs, is bringing in the band Silverstein for a meet and greet event on February 16, 2013.

The band will be there from 2pm to 3pm.

Pre-buy their new album, “This Is How The Wind Shifts” (CD $12.98, LP $18.98) and receive a wristband for priority entrance and an exclusive poster (perfect for having the band autograph). The band’s album hits stores on February 5.

Silverstein is a Canadian post-hardcore band from Burlington, Ontario, formed in 2000. Their band name is a reference to the famous children’s author Shel Silverstein, whom the band had admired and read the stories of as children.

They’ll be playing live at The Social later that night.

Park Ave CDs is located at 2916 Corrine Dr in Orlando.
