American Idol Winner Kris Allen to Play at BackBooth on January 23, 2013

krisallenCrowned winner of the 2009 season of American Idol, Kris Allen has enjoyed success with five singles on the Billboard Charts. On January 23, he’ll bring his hits to the BackBooth in Orlando.

Joining him will be singer-songwriter Jillette Johnson. She auditioned for The Voice on NBC but turned down the offer to appear on the show so she could focus all of her effort toward her career and her music. Her debut EP on Wind-Up records is called Whiskey & Frosting.

Tickets are $12 in advance; $16 at the door. You can purchase them online at the BackBooth website.
