WMMO Downtown Concert Series Presents The Romantics, Modern English and John Waite for September

- Michelle Snow

It’s time for another of WMMO’s Downtown Concert Series, and for the month of September, they’re doing an 80’s triple play.

Taking the stage will be The Romantics (“What I Like About You”), Modern English (“i Melt With You”), and John Waite (“Thinking of You”).

The free concert will take place on September 29, 2012, and will start at 4pm. The show will happen outdoors at the corner of Orange Avenue and Amelia Street. No outside food or drink will be permitted into the venue.

If you don’t want to stand for the whole show, WMMO is selling tickets for a VIP section of seats. This ticket includes a separate cash bar (no standing in long lines) and a separate section of bathrooms. It costs $46 per person.

  1. I take it food and drinks are not allowed to be brought in… This is OK…
I guess this means that food and drinks will be sold, right? Thanks, T.D.
