Leading up to this year’s Orlando’s Taste of the Nation gala on August 27, select restaurants are participating in the first ever Golden Ticket raffle, with the prize of two tickets to this year’s event.
Guests who dine at select participating establishments through August 22 can ask their server for a concealed envelope that may contain a pair of tickets to this year’s event. Chances of winning are 1 in 10.
Beginning this week, Orlando’s Taste of the Nation for No Kid Hungry kicks off three extra fundraising experiences to sip and nibble on before the main event.
One of my favorite culinary events in Central Florida is the annual Orlando Taste of the Nation, which serves up great food in support of raising funds for the No Kid Hungry campaign.
Orlando Taste of the Nation returns for its 27th year on Saturday, August 27, and features over 40 of Central Florida’s best restaurants and chefs showcasing tasting portions of their best dishes.
On August 8, Orlando’s Taste of the Nation will celebrate it’s 26th installment of bringing together Central Florida’s most celebrated chefs to benefit No Kid Hungry.
At this event, forty-four of the area’s most accomplished chefs will showcase tasting portions of signature dishes, accompanied by fine wines, craft beers and specialty cocktails, to ensure that no child grows up hungry in our city and across America.
