The holidays at Universal Orlando are full of wonder and magic. Macy’s brings a few balloons from their legendary Thanksgiving Parade to Universal Studios Florida for a mini-parade that makes me want to go to NYC to see the whole thing! It’s amazing to watch as these gigantic balloons are maneuvered down the street in the park. I think I was just as excited as the kids were.
Joyous holiday traditions return to Universal Orlando December 3 to January 1 with Grinchmas, the 15th Anniversary of Macy’s Holiday Parade, and holiday concerts by Mannheim Steamroller.
At Universal Studios Florida, the larger-than-life balloons seen in the famous Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City will fill the streets during the 15th anniversary Macy’s Holiday Parade.
Universal Orlando Resort‘s 2015 Holidays Celebration kicks off December 5 and runs through January 2, 2016.

Universal Orlando will celebrate holidays this year from December 7 to January 4, 2014, and all the familiar guest-favorite events are returning.
The Macy’s Holiday Parade will wind through the streets of Universal Studios nightly at 5pm, except December 26-31, when it starts at 8pm. New to the parade this year is Happy the Hippo, a recreation of a 1940s Macy’s balloon, which debuted in the New York City parade on Thanksgiving.
Following the parade, the acclaimed musical group Mannheim Steamroller will take to the Music Plaza stage in Universal Studios six nights this year to perform memorable holiday hits on Dec. 7, 8, 14, 15, 21 and 22.
Over at Islands of Adventure, Seuss Landing will be home to the Grinchmas Wholiday Spectacular, a live musical starring The Grinch and the Whos from Who-ville, accompanied by an original musical score by Mannheim Steamroller. Guests can also meet the mean, green one himself and the Whos daily.
All theme park holiday entertainment, including Mannheim Steamroller concerts, are included in regular park admission.
