Earlier this week I got a sneak preview of this year’s Festival of the Trees, now in its thirtieth year, at the Orlando Museum of Art, and I was amazed at the creativity and beauty of the trees, each decorated by different individuals or groups.
I was also invited to be one of three judges who would decide which decorated trees would get “Most Original,” “Most Whimsical,” and “Best of Show.” And let me tell you, it was a really hard decision.
Festival of the Trees, now in its thirtieth year, returns to the Orlando Museum of Art from November 12-20, 2016.
During this annual event, the museum is transformed into a glittering wonderland filled with sparkling trees, vignettes and stunning holiday décor, suitable for visitors of all ages.
The 2013 Festival of Trees is now running at the Orlando Museum of Art through November 24. This event helps raise money for the museum, and is fun to visit.
