Monster Jam 2017 is coming to Camping World Stadium here in Orlando on January 21, but this Thursday, January 19, you can meet some of the drivers and their monster trucks for free.
Seven of the show’s biggest stars and their trucks will be at various locations in Central Florida during the afternoon.

Monster Jam trucks are custom-designed machines that sit atop 66-inch-tall tires and weigh a minimum of 10,000 pounds. By generating 1,500 to 2,000 horsepower and speeds of up to 100 miles per hour. these trucks can fly up to 125 to 130 feet across the track, and up to 35 feet in the air.

This weekend, Special Olympics Florida will host its State Golf Championship at Walt Disney World famed courses.

Silver Spurs Rodeo is a family tradition in Kissimmee, and it returns for its 137th edition the weekend of June 10 through 12.
Silver Spurs Rodeo is the largest rodeo east of the Mississippi, and is the work of the Silver Spurs Riding Club, an all-volunteer organization started in 1941 by Osceola County ranchers. They began the rodeo in 1944, selling war bonds as admission to raise funds for our military.
The rodeo is still going strong, and offers competitions of various talents, including Bull Riding, Bronc Riding, Barrel Racing, Steer Wrestling, and Team Roping.
It was announced this week that the 2017 NFL Pro Bowl will take place at Camping World Stadium in Orlando on Sunday, January 29. The deal will keep the Pro Bowl here for two years, with the NFL and Florida Citrus Sports both having an option clause on a third year.
The 2017 Pro Bowl will feature a return to the traditional AFC vs. NFC game format following three years using a revised, “unconferenced” format. The NFL’s best will once again be in the spotlight as 88 players – 44 from the AFC and 44 from the NFC – are determined by the consensus votes of fans, players and coaches.
