Orlando Performer Joins Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey’s Circus XTREME as First-Ever Female Ringmaster

Kristen Michelle Wilson joins Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey presents Circus XTREME as its first-ever female ringmaster

Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey presents Circus XTREME will feature its first-ever female ringmaster when it comes to the Amway Center January 12-16…and she’s from Orlando.

A professional singer with a background in theater, Kristen Michelle Wilson will make her debut with the hometown Orlando shows, then continue on the national tour, including Amalie Arena in Tampa from January 25-29. She will be the 39th ringmaster in Ringling Bros. history.

In addition to Wilson, Circus XTREME will feature high-wire wizards, powerful strongmen, BMX trick riders, trampoline daredevils, contortionists, a high-flying human cannonball, a bungee aerial skydiving display, and so much more.

Tickets for the Amway Center performances January 12-16, start at $18, and can be purchased at ringlingbros.com, Ticketmaster.com, or the venue box office. Save $5 off select seats using the promo code 5CIRCUS. Valid through January 12 on all shows except Jan 12 at 7:30pm, January 15 at 3:30pm, and January 16 at 1pm. Also not valid on Front Row or Premium Seating.

Arrive early, because the party actually starts an hour early with the All Access Pre-show, included with every ticket. Families can meet an international cast of performers and get up close to the menagerie of animals, try on custom costumes, learn circus skills, and more.
