The Meatball Stoppe in Orlando is kicking off a weekly Saturday Brunch, starting tomorrow, Oct 15. The menu includes Italian Breakfast Pizza, Creamy Polenta with Tuscan braised greens, Calabrese potato, red peppers and onion frittata, and more.

Krispy Kreme Doughnuts - Halloween doughnuts

Krispy Kreme Doughnuts announces new Halloween doughnuts and beverages available now through October 31 including The Zombie Doughnuts (a Kreme™ filled shell dipped in either electric blue or green icing), Halloween Sprinkle Doughnut, Pumpkin Doughnut (filled with Chocolate Kreme), Spider Web Doughnut and Caramel Apple Chiller beverage (tart green apple swirled with Ghirardelli caramel sauce).

On Halloween (October 31), all guests in costume receive one complimentary doughnut of their choice. Valid at Krispy Kreme locations at Millenia, Kissimmee, Winter Park, Daytona Beach, and Melbourne.

Central Florida Veg Fest 2016 takes place at Orlando Festival Park on Oct 22. Admission is FREE. The event will include healthy living and eco-friendly exhibitors, speakers, and presentations; non-profits; fun and games for kids; dog and cat adoptions; restaurant booths; food preparation demonstrations, and live music and entertainment.

The Winter Garden Health & Harvest Festival will be held at the Winter Garden Farmers Market in Winter Garden on Oct. 29. Get involved in exercise demonstrations, sample some healthy cooking classes, a bike ride, and so much more.

The event will end with a Farm to Table dinner, featuring a 5-course meal prepared with local, seasonal farm-fresh ingredients. Cost is $135 per person, and proceeds benefit Second Harvest Food Bank and the LiveStrong Program at Central Florida YMCA
