Farm-Haus, the farm-to-table meal delivery service operating out of East End Market, is expanding and will take over the space formerly occupied by indie bookstore Bookmark It. They are also changing their name to Farm & Haus when they open this summer. This new retail space will offer breakfast, lunch & dinner, as well as grab and go items. Krispy Kreme Doughnuts celebrates National Doughnut Day on June 3 with a Free doughnut at all Central Florida locations. Held annually on the first Friday of June, Doughnut Day was established by The Salvation Army in 1938 to honor The Salvation Army’s “Doughnut Lassies,” who served the treats to soldiers during World War I. Wahlburgers is set to open a second location in East Orlando at Waterford Lakes before the end of the year. Plans are to take over the former Amigo’s space at 749 N. Alafaya Trail, offering both quick service, full service, and a full bar. Unlike the downtown Orlando location, this location will also have free parking. We’ll keep you posted as we hear more.
