Walt Disney World Announces Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party 2016 Dates

This week Walt Disney World announced the dates for the 2016 edition of the popular Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at the Magic Kingdom.

The after-hours separately ticketed event will run for 29 select nights in September and October. Here are the full list of dates:

  • September – 2, 8, 11, 13, 16, 18, 20, 23, 25, 29, 30
  • October – 2, 4, 6, 7, 10, 11, 13, 14, 16, 18, 20, 21, 23, 25, 27, 28, 30, 31

Returning highlights of this year’s Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party include “Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parade,” “Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular,” and “Happy HalloWishes” fireworks.

New this year are revised costuming guidelines for the event. In Disney’s own words:

While costumed attire may be worn, guests ages 14 and older are strongly discouraged from wearing layered costumes or costume props that surround the entire body as they may be subject to additional security screening. Additionally, costumes may not contain any weapons that resemble or could easily be mistaken for an actual weapon.

No word on ticket prices for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party or when they will go on sale, but we’ll let you know as soon as we find out.
