If you have any interest in aviation, then you’ll want to attend the 40th Annual SUN ‘n FUN International Fly-In & Expo at the Linder Airport in Lakeland from April 1-6.

40th Annual SUN 'n FUN International Fly-In & ExpoYou’ll want to get there early in the morning for the daily skydivers arriving with the U.S. flag, then each afternoon, there will be exhibitions of both military and civilian aircraft, as well as airshows to thrill everyone. In the evenings, there will be live entertainment, and a nightly aviation or space themed movie.

The weekend gets even more exciting with performances by the US Navy Blue Angels on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday afternoons, and a car and motorcycle show on Saturday and Sunday.

There will also be a hot air balloon launch Saturday morning, and a special night airshow and fireworks that evening at dusk.

All week long, there will be plenty of opportunities to see rare planes, and there will also be a Kids Zone with a pay-per-use fun zone of inflatables, zip line, and more.
