Monsieur Paul at France Pavilion at Epcot Opens Booking for New Year’s Eve

Newly opened Monsieur Paul at Epcot’s France Pavilion has begun to accept bookings for New Year’s Eve meals.

Monsieur Paul at Epcot's France Pavilion From noon until 6:30pm, the restaurant is serving a three-course menu for $75 (plus tax and gratuity):

Appetizer (choice of):

  • Escargot ravioli with cream of parsley
  • Mussel soup with saffron with light fennel cream
  • Blue Cheese Salad

Entrée (choice of):

  • Chicken stuffed with mushroom duxelle in a white sauce
  • Maine lobster with veloute and baby vegetables
  • Beef short ribs slowly braised in red wine, served with a carrot purée

Dessert:

  • New Year’s Eve dessert

Then, at 9pm and 9:30pm, there’s a special menu to ring in the New Year with four courses for $195 (plus tax and gratuity):
Champagne:

  • Nicolas Feuillatte, Brut

Appetizer (choice of):

  • Soupe aux truffes V.G.E. (Beef broth, oxtail, vegetables, black winter truffle, puff pastry)
  • Lobster salad with asparagus

Fish Course (choice of):

  • Scallops with cauliflower cream and black truffle sauce
  • Seared Halibut in a white wine sauce with seafood and mushrooms

Meat Course (choice of):

  • Roasted chicken breast stuffed with morels, grated potato
  • Grilled beef tenderloin with potato gratin and porcini mushrooms

Dessert:

  • New Year’s Eve dessert
